On Monday we kicked off this year's 100 Acts of Kindness Project with our first challenge issued by Megan of Coffee Cups and Crayons!
Today my friend Deb from Living Montessori Now and Raising Figure Skaters is sharing two wonderful posts filled with ideas for how to spread kindness.
Over at Living Montessori Now, Deb is sharing several Montessori-Inspired acts of kindness.

Last year Deb challenged us all to do some Montessori-inspired acts of kindness and she shared her awesome Pinterest board filled with Kindness Projects.
In addition to sharing Montessori inspired projects, Deb is posting about Kindness Projects for Children and Adults of All Ages over at Raising Figure Skaters.

Each year Deb invites her children (who are now grown up) to participate with her in the 100 Acts of Kindness Project. In her post today she shares some simple ideas for older kids and adults. I especially love how she uses technology to spread kindness!
One of the best ways that adults can spread kindness and teach their children about being kind is by setting a good example inside and outside of their home. Each year around this time of year the teenagers that I work with at church have finals. One of the ways that we like to spread kindness to them is by dropping off finals treats at their homes.
This year we made cute "You're one smart cookie" treat bags for them and then some of the other adults that I work with dropped them off at their houses. We love bringing a smile to their faces during a stressful week.
I've attached the blank printable to this post so that you can print out your own for the "smart cookies" in your life and write your own note on them. These would be fun to give to kids or adults- your husband who did an awesome job on a project in the garage, your neighbor who helped you jump your car when it died, or your daughter who aced her spelling test... whoever. If you download the printables, please leave a comment letting me know how you plan to use them to spread kindness!

What are some ways you set an example of kindness in your home? How do you act? What do you do?
