Last week we kicked off the 100 Acts of Kindness Project with our first challenge by Megan of Coffee Cups & Crayons. This week we received our second kindness challenge (issued by Kim from The Educators' Spin On It)!
Today Smiling Like Sunshine is sharing how we can be kind to children by giving them books!! I love how well her idea ties with this week's challenge given to us by The Educators' Spin On It!

Week 2 Challenge: Create a Love Books Package
This week my kids and I put together a simple LOVE books package for my nieces. We included two Valentine's Day books:
There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Rose! and
The Very Fairy Princess Follows Her Heart
For activities, we included some Valentine's Day window clings and some stickers so the girls could make their own Valentines.
We also included some Valentine's Day M&Ms so that the girls could make love letters... and then eat them. 🙂
What book did you choose to give away? Did you come up with any fun activities or share any you found on your favorite blogs?
I would love to hear the creative ways that you accomplished this week's challenge, so share them in the comments!
If you are just finding out about our kindness challenge, head on over to our 100 Acts of Kindness Challenge landing page to find out all of the details and stay up to date.
Reminders:
My Usborne Reader is giving away two awesome book packages to two Toddler Approved readers as part of our Kindness Project. Head over to our Usborne Books Giveaway post to enter! The giveaway ends on Sunday, so don't wait!
I'm also sharing a sweet prize package when you sign up for BabbaCo's newsletter... which is filled with fun craft ideas, parenting tips, and kid friendly recipes... so make sure to stop by! I also shared a fun post this week with some ideas for beating winter boredom and the indoor blues.
