If you aren't a Toddler Approved follower on Facebook, then you may have missed the post I shared about the Creative Christmas Countdown... so I thought I'd share it here too.
I am SO excited to participate in the Creative Christmas Countdown again this year!
Last year I shared our rice crispy and block snow villages and this year I have another fun (and simple) craft for you! My post will be featured on Day 18 of the countdown.
The Creative Christmas Countdown is a Virtual Advent Calendar filled with activities to keep you busy having fun ALL December long! 24 bloggers will be sharing 24 activities. The activities are simple and many of them don't require much more than materials you already have around the house.
This event is hosted by Creative with Kids and Red Ted Art and I will be sharing each daily activity on this post as well as on our Facebook page... so check back in often to find simple and fun activities you can do to connect with your families this holiday season.
If you want to make sure you are prepared each day, our hosts have created a supply list for you.
Although I'm not sure if our family will manage to do every activity in the Creative Christmas Countdown this year (I did have a baby 5 weeks ago after all), we are sure going to try!
If you haven't joined in yet... it is not too late to start!
Here are the bloggers who have shared so far!
Day 1- Red Ted Art
Day 2- A Mom with a Lesson Plan
Day 3- The Imagination Tree
Day 4- Angelique Felix
Which activity has been your favorite so far? What other activities do you plan to do this season as a family?
We shared one simple holiday service activity yesterday that is a great way to focus on giving (not just getting) during the holiday season. If you missed it, head on over and check it out.
