We are getting all decked out for Halloween this weekend. We've been playing games, decorating pumpkins, and we even made it to the pumpkin patch last week. We've also been sharing pumpkin themed activities over in our Halloween Newsletter (supporting The Huntington's Disease Society of America).
For some reason October is always our busiest month. I always have grand intentions to do cool Halloween activities with my kids, but the reality is that we don't have too much time.
This year I am making a list of simple Halloween activities that work well for toddlers and don't require much prep. This will be my "go to" list this month so that we'll get to do some fun Halloween activities but I also won't feel like I am completely drowning.
I plan to share more Simple Halloween activities for toddlers over on Instagram this month, so pop over and follow me if you would like. I am @kristinatoddlerapproved. Tag any toddler Halloween activities you do with the hashtag #toddlerhalloween so that I can find them and check them out!
Here are 13 awesome Halloween activities for toddlers to try this month:
Jack-o-Lantern Squish bag by Fantastic Fun and Learning
Spider Web Course by Dirt and Boogers
Pumpkin Printing by No Time for Flashcards
Ice Ghosts Sensory Play by The Golden Gleam
Sticky Spider Web Activity by Hands On As We Grow

I think I will actually be able to try out a lot of these activities this month. So many use materials that I already have around the house. Do you see any you want to try? If you do try some, post a photo on instagram or our Facebook wall and tag it with #toddlerhalloween so that I can come find it!
