How can you teach your kids about kindness?
One of the simplest ways to teach kids to be kind is to TAKE ACTION and model it with them alongside of you.Â
SHOW THEM what kindness looks like and then get them involved doing it or helping you!Â
Our printable Kindness Calendar includes 20 acts of kindness that are so simple to do with small children but could also be done with older kids too!

What is the 100 Acts of Kindness challenge?
Between Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Valentine's Day (February 14th), I am teaming up with the queen of kindness (Megan from Coffee Cups and Crayons) and we are hosting a challenge where all participants are encouraged to do 100 acts of kindness! This is one of my favorite activities we do each year!
This challenge is held in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. who we celebrate in January and who was an amazing example of kindness.
Who can participate? Anyone who wants to join!
What are we doing? 100 acts of kindness!! (or however many works for you! No act is too small)
When are we doing it? Between Martin Luther King Jr. Day and - Valentine's Day (February 14th)
Do you think you can participate?
How to join our Kindness Challenge:
1. Tell us you'll be participating. Comment on this blog post or on our social media channel post about the Kindness Challenge.Â
2. Decide how you are going to track your 100 acts of kindness. This year we made a super simple sticker heart. Each time we do an act of kindness, we cover a number and we'll work all the way up to 100 (slowly adding in more numbers each week)!
