Did you accomplish last week's compliment challenge? Didn't it feel so great to be looking for the good in others all week long? I know that we had an incredible week because we were focused on the positive. If you did last week's challenge, I'd love to hear how it went.
Kindness Challenge #3-
Perform 5 acts of secret service this week!
(Don't get caught and don't spill the beans to the people you are serving)
“The only ones among you who will be truly happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.”— Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Prize Winner
Need some ideas of things to do? This article has some great suggestions for Random Acts of Kindness that you can perform.
When we were little kids my mom would have us perform secret acts of service and then leave a pixie stick where we did the service (for example, if we made our sibling's bed, then we'd secretly leave a pixie stick on the pillow). We LOVED being little pixies... and I'm pretty sure we got to eat some pixie sticks too. 🙂 We might try that out at our house this week!
Have fun and pass along any good ideas!!
I love the pixie stick idea! Your kindness challenges have been great – we focus on the challenge of the week and then continue to use all the challenges as a focus in the following weeks! I featured your post at the Living Montessori Now Facebook page at facebook.com/LivingMontessoriNow
