I've been so excited about this post ever since the new Neat-Oh! catalog arrived in my inbox. Have you seen the amazing new dinosaur collection? In December we shared how much we loved the Lego City Fire Zip Bin Playmat with you and today I am so stoked to showcase this new product as well as introduce you to a few of the other dinosaur items over at Neat-Oh!
Do you give out gifts as part of your family's Easter tradition? I (um... I mean the Easter Bunny) love to find a few non-candy items each year to stash with the Easter baskets at our house. My favorite part about gift giving is when the gift is also something that I want... and something that helps keep our house organized.
I don't know about you, but I am starting to move into a spring cleaning frenzy where I want every random toy in our house to have a home. So, this ZipBin Dinosaur Collector Toy Box and Playset is one of the ways that I'm solving my spring cleaning problems while also finding an adorable (and fun) gift to surprise my kids with on Easter!
If you're not familiar with how Neat-Oh's ZipBin's work, check out this awesome video showing you how the playmat can be folded down, out, and up.
My son is obsessed with dinosaurs and volcanoes. When he saw that this playmat had a volcano on it, he grabbed his dinosaurs (plus the two that came with the playset) and began exploring the terrain, and using his blocks and other items to help the dinosaurs escape from the molten ash and rivers of lava.
My daughter also jumped in to play too!
In addition to staging scene after scene of dinosaurs escaping from erupting volcanoes, my son also used the playmat as a boat and a cape. I love the way that 4-year-old minds work.
My 1-year-old daughter was most happy when the playmat was zipped and folded into a little box so that she could drop all of the toys and stuffed animals that she found around the house into her special little purse. She loved picking it up and carrying it around too, since it was her perfect size and the handles and lid made it so easy to grab.
Although this ZipBin is the perfect place to store a dinosaur toy collection, it could also be used to store any of the other smaller toys from around your house. I love that it is sturdy and has a wipe-clean surface too. So far every mom that has come over to our house has asked where we bought the dinosaur playmat and bin... since kids are drawn to the cool dinosaur scenes all around the box.
The dinosaurs that come with this ZipBin are small (and could be a choking hazard), so be advised that adult supervision is recommended when using this product. I only let my one-year-old daughter play with them under my close supervision.
Neat-oh! has loads of other great gift ideas for your dinosaur lovers (or princess, Hot Wheels, Lego, animals, sports, Star Wars, or lunchbox lovers)... so I highly recommend that you click over to their website to see their large collection of products. I have a feeling that you might be over there awhile... there are so many fun things to check out!
Three other products I am adding to our "must have" list are linked up below:
Firehouse Bring Along Backpack
I am always losing the kid's backpacks, so I totally should get three more, right? 🙂
Are you a fan of ZipBin playmats? Do you own any yet?
You can also keep tabs on the new Neat-Oh! products via the Neat-Oh! ZipBin Facebook page and also over at Neat-Oh! on Twitter.
So, have you decided which one you want to buy as an Easter gift yet?
Disclaimer: I want to thank our friends over at Neat-Oh!® for letting me review their fabulous product. I did receive a ZipBin® Dinosaur Collector Toy Box and Playmat for free from Neat-Oh!® to allow me to do this review, but I was not paid for this post and the opinions shared in this post are exactly how I feel.
