We still have several weeks until school starts where we live, so we're gearing up and reviewing a few things with my older two kids (ages 6 and almost 4).
Over the next few of weeks I'll be sharing some Back to School Basics posts that review simple math, reading, and writing skills for preschoolers, pre-k students, and kindergarteners. We also will be sharing activities that practice preschool concepts like colors, shapes, alphabet letters, numbers, and name recognition.
I'll share simple ways to adapt each activity for the different ages. Our activities will be simple, fun, and will typically also get our bodies moving since we love to move and learn!
This week we will be sharing ...
- a paper plate name game
- a cool magnetic game board
- a simple sorting activity
We'll make sure to add the new activity links to this post that you can find all of them easily! Click on the ones we've shared so far below and it will direct you to the full tutorial.
