What is magic milk science?
Here's an easy explanation!
When soap is mixed with whole milk, the soap helps separate the water loving and water hating parts of the milk. When the soap touches the surface of the milk, the water hating parts of the milk attach to the fats of the milk, causing the milk to start to separate! There are much more technical terms to describe this all, but the food coloring helps us see the separation!
